A millionaire's retreat! This completely remodeled first floor unit with view of the Gulf of Mexico and amazing sunsets awaits you on Siesta Key. Walk out the lanai door directly to the beach where children can play within view or walk over the boardwalk to the blue-green waters of the Gulf within 100 feet of your door. This unit features coastal designed furniture including new mattresses for the king master and guest room with both a queen and a twin bed. There is also a portable twin bed for an extra guest. The driftwood tiled floors and 55" television in the living room add to the leisurely ambience. B106 includes a full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet, HD TV channels and Blu-ray DVD player. The baths are beautiful and unique with multiple shower heads to enjoy after a swim in the Gulf.

Free boat docks are included, and the lagoon leads to Sarasota Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway. Boat trailers should be stored off property.

The community provides both gas and charcoal grills along the docks as well as a fish cleaning station. Your family will enjoy the beach lounge chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys provided. The kitchen is a chef's delight with gorgeous granite counters and new cabinets, bar stools and stainless-steel appliances. There is a dining table for six guests on the lanai. The recessed lighting and ceiling fans will provide you with additional comfort options.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $450.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
