If you are looking for elegance, A108 is for you. If you are a sophisticated traveler and can appreciate how lovely this condominium is (as the owner spared no expense in remodeling this Gulf-front first floor vacation rental) then make your reservation now! You will walk out the lanai door directly onto our private beach and walkway, which is the perfect place to enjoy the chaise loungers or Adirondack chairs, or watch children play. We rent Saturday to Saturday for seven nights and the location is Direct Gulf-front with beautiful water views and amazing sunsets. Frankly, the view from the condo is stunning! Fisherman’s Cove is one of the closest condominiums to the Gulf on all of Siesta Key. We are on the quiet south end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach. The community is surrounded by water as we also sit on Blind Pass Inlet, which leads to Florida’s ICW (Intracoastal Waterway) which is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Paddle to Neville Marine Preserve and Casey Key to see the newly reopened Midnight Pass. Parking is located by the free boat docks, so rent a boat while you are here or bring your own. (Trailers must be kept off-site, so please ask for suggested locations.)
The uniqueness of this gorgeous first floor unit will make you say WOW! The entire unit is in white, gold, and harvest green. The kitchen features new cabinets with soft closing drawers and first-class appliances with an oversized gorgeous Quartz counter. The sink was relocated to enjoy the view and your family while entertaining. The lanai floor was raised so there is one continuous floor to the lanai windows and beach. The lanai is air conditioned and provides guests with new outdoor styled comfortable furnishings and an attractive storage cabinet for beach items, also in green fabric. This is the perfect location for watching sunsets and reading a book. There is also a lovely dining table that expands with comfortable dining chairs and three attractive bar stools. The living room has new custom-made furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa that seats three comfortably and is made with a harvest green corduroy style fabric that is soft to the touch and even perfect for relaxing. Also in the living room is a relaxing swivel chair with cream fabric and a 65" television! Updated bathrooms both have walk-in showers and the granite counter tops and tiled showers are beautiful with white and gold accents. The Master bedroom with full Gulf views has a king size bed, flat screen 55” television and new gorgeous bedding. The master bedroom headboard has touch control mood lighting and the walls are beautifully decorated with green and white wallpaper and rich wood. The guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds (they provide 5 inches more length) and also features a 55” TV. All beds have new high-end mattresses and new bedding. A108 includes a brand-new washer and dryer located near the kitchen, high speed WIFI and HD TV channels. The community provides gas grills along the docks.
The Owners have equipped this unit with lots of extras including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards/skim boards, beach toys, bucket ball, fishing equipment and more! Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $450.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
